This newly renovated townhome is located in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, only minutes from the main entry gate to Walt Disney World and other top attractions. Windsor Hill Resort is the closest rental community to Disney World, only 2.5 miles away! Our Disney-themed home has all the amenities of home and more. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with plunge pool is located on a quiet street with no rear neighbours and accommodates up to 6 guests (not including infants).

We are pleased to offer you our tastefully decorated Disney home with a balance of style, comfort and relaxation in mind. Enjoy the west-facing yard with a screened-in lanai and newly resurfaced plunge pool to enjoy the daily sun and sunsets. The entire home was renovated in June 2021 and features luxury vinyl plank throughout, new appliances, quartz countertops, beds/bedding, furniture & more. Out front, you will find your private driveway, with additional parking located across the street. Reserved RV parking is also available. 

The first level hosts a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a well-stocked kitchen to prepare snacks and meals. The dining area contains a table with seating for eight as well as four seats on the island. Also located on this level is an Encanto themed bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 50" Smart 4K TV and en-suite. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. The spacious living area features a 75" 4K smart TV with cable. Out the sliding door, you will find your very own private plunge pool and no rear neighbour for your privacy. You will also find chairs and a table on the lanai to enjoy the daily Florida sun.

The second level hosts a Beauty and the Beast Master Suite with a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, 58" Smart 4K TV and a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Also located on the Second Floor is a Mickey and Minnie-themed room for the kids to enjoy. This room features two twin beds, a 48" Smart 4K TV and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area down the hall has a new full-sized washer & dryer. The linen closet has additional towels, beach towels, an ironing board and an iron.

We are a short 2-3 min walk from the clubhouse, which features upscale amenities for all guests to enjoy at no additional cost. The amenities include: an Olympic-sized pool, two waterslides, toddler pool, hot tub, fitness centre, a recreational park with BBQs, tennis, mini-golf, volleyball, basketball, children's playgrounds, games room, and a high-definition surround sound movie theatre.
