At Windsor Hills Resort, our Clubhouse is the perfect hub for all your vacation needs. Our staffed Welcome Center is always ready to assist you with information about the resort, the local area, and attractions. Our state-of-the-art fitness center and games room are perfect for those who want to stay active during their stay, while our movie theater provides a comfortable space for relaxation. Additionally, we offer shower and changing facilities, and ample outdoor lounge seating to help you soak up the beautiful Florida weather. The Marketplace & Grill, located at the center of the Clubhouse, provides a convenient spot to grab a quick bite. Our Clubhouse is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, with varying hours for the Marketplace.

24/7 GATED COMMUNITY Windsor Hills is an exclusive 24/7/365 gated community, with our Gatehouse manned 24 hours per day. Our Gatehouse Team runs a tight ship — and works hard to ensure that anyone passing through the gates of Windsor Hills is authorized to be here.  Windsor Hills Security is serious about your family’s safety and strives to ensure a secure rental experience.
	SIR WINDSOR'S WATERPARK & SPLASH PAD Looking for a place to have some wet and wild fun? Look no further than Sir Windsor's Aqua Adventure Water Park! With its two large dueling slides, two smaller slides, and a massive splash pad, there's something for everyone, including our little guests. Our park is open 365 days a year, with operating hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm (subject to change). Wristbands are required for entry but can be obtained for free from the clubhouse.
RESORT POOL & HOTTUB Come and experience the ultimate relaxation in our zero-entry lagoon pool! With a capacity of 140,000 gallons, this resort pool is heated all year round, making it perfect for a refreshing dip even during the cooler winter months. For those looking to unwind, our spacious hot tub will help you relax after a long day at the parks. The pool operates 365 days a year, from 8:00am to 10:00pm (subject to change), and wristbands are required for entry, which can be obtained from the clubhouse. Please note that the pool will be closed for refurbishment from 9/5/2024 to 10/6/2024, but our waterpark will remain open during this period.
	SPORTS COURTS Looking for some friendly competition or want to try a new sport? Look no further than our resort's amenities! Gather your friends and hit the basketball court, or work on your putting skills at our putting green. If you've never played pickleball before, our dedicated court is the perfect place to give it a try. Don't worry if you forgot your sports equipment at home, we have everything you need available at our Welcome Center.

	FITNESS CENTER Looking for a place to work out during your stay? Our fitness center is just what you need to achieve your fitness goals. Don't forget to bring a towel for your comfort as you exercise. Our fitness center is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you ample time to fit your workout routine into your busy schedule.
MARKETPLACE & GRILL Looking for a place to grab a bite to eat or pick up some essentials? Look no further than The Marketplace & Grill! Our made-to-order food options and selection of wine, beer, and frozen adult beverages have got you covered. Operating hours are from 10:00am to 7:00pm, but both the store and grill hours are subject to change.
